Stahl <\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">a assist\u00e9 \u00e0 la plupart des comp\u00e9titions de la conf\u00e9rence et a \u00e9t\u00e9 <\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">impressionn\u00e9 par les comp\u00e9tences affich\u00e9es et le niveau de <\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">la comp\u00e9tition qu&#039;il a vue. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><span style=\"color: #231f20;\"><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">\u00ab Apr\u00e8s avoir particip\u00e9 \u00e0 de nombreuses comp\u00e9titions d&#039;apprentis au niveau de la Conf\u00e9rence cette ann\u00e9e, je suis ravi de voir ce que ce groupe accomplit \u00e0 Houston \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Stahl.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 20px;\"><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">Chaque ann\u00e9e, dans l&#039;ensemble de l&#039;Union des isolateurs, du tiers au <\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">les apprentis de cinqui\u00e8me ann\u00e9e d\u00e9montrent les comp\u00e9tences qu&#039;ils poss\u00e8dent <\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">appris sur le tas et dans les centres de formation de la r\u00e9gion \u00e0 travers une s\u00e9rie de comp\u00e9titions amicales.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><span style=\"color: #231f20;\"><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">Pour beaucoup, cela commence au niveau du syndicat local, o\u00f9 un&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">le gagnant est s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 pour repr\u00e9senter sa section locale \u00e0 une conf\u00e9rence&nbsp; <\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">Concours d&#039;apprentis. L\u00e0, les apprentis concourent <\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">contre d&#039;autres apprentis gagnants dans leur Conf\u00e9rence.&nbsp; <\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">Le gagnant obtient ensuite le droit d\u2019assister au MAC et de repr\u00e9senter sa conf\u00e9rence.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 20px;\"><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">Chaque ann\u00e9e, 10 apprentis, un de chaque conf\u00e9rence, <\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">se rassembleront pour concourir pour \u00eatre nomm\u00e9 le syndicat le plus <\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">apprenti qualifi\u00e9. Outre quelques droits de vantardise, le <\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">le gagnant re\u00e7oit $2,500, une montre Union internationale <\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">et une bourse pour assister au s\u00e9minaire annuel IIIATF Trainer&nbsp; <\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">Programme d\u2019am\u00e9lioration pour les cinq prochaines ann\u00e9es.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 20px;\"><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">Le gagnant pourra \u00e9galement soulever le Thomas A. Haun&nbsp; <\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">Coupe, apprenti international de l&#039;industrie de l&#039;isolation et&nbsp; <\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">Prix du concours de ma\u00eetres apprentis du Fonds de formation, \u00e9galement <\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">connue sous le nom de \u00ab Tommy Cup \u00bb, bien nomm\u00e9e d&#039;apr\u00e8s l&#039;administrateur retrait\u00e9 de l&#039;IIIATF, Tom Haun.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 20px;\"><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">Se d\u00e9roulant sur plusieurs jours, le concours MAC comprend <\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">un test \u00e9crit suivi de 22 heures de fabrication pratique <\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">bas\u00e9 sur des \u00ab sp\u00e9cifications de travail \u00bb qui ne sont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9es qu\u2019aux <\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">concurrents la veille du d\u00e9but de la comp\u00e9tition.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les deux composants sont destin\u00e9s \u00e0 tester les comp\u00e9tences et les connaissances <span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">des concurrents.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 30px;\">MAC, JAC et LUO, \u00e0 nouveau r\u00e9unis<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">La MAC, Conf\u00e9rence conjointe sur l&#039;apprentissage (JAC)&nbsp; <\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">et la r\u00e9union des dirigeants des syndicats locaux (LUO) se tiendra simultan\u00e9ment en 2023 au Hilton Americas-Houston.&nbsp; <\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">Ce sera la deuxi\u00e8me fois que les trois \u00e9v\u00e9nements auront lieu <\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">ensemble. La premi\u00e8re fois, c&#039;\u00e9tait en 2019, lorsque les meilleurs apprentis, <\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">coordonnateurs de formation, instructeurs et dirigeants des syndicats locaux <\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">\u00e9taient ensemble \u00e0 Phoenix. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 20px;\"><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">Le JAC, c&#039;est trois jours de s\u00e9minaires et de formations planifi\u00e9s <\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">soigneusement organis\u00e9 par le comit\u00e9 directeur du JATC 2023.&nbsp; <\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">Se d\u00e9roulant en m\u00eame temps que le MAC, l&#039;objectif de <\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">le JAC est l\u00e0 pour aider les coordinateurs de formation et les instructeurs <\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">collaborer sur divers concepts et id\u00e9es, apprendre de nouvelles <\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">techniques et discuter des moyens de mieux former la prochaine <\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de m\u00e9caniciens syndicaux.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 20px;\"><span style=\"color: #231f20;\"><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">\u00ab Il y a beaucoup de formations planifi\u00e9es et&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">pr\u00e9sentations <\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">par le comit\u00e9 directeur du JATC qui, je crois, sera <\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">tr\u00e8s b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour tous ceux qui participent au JAC <\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">\u00ab ann\u00e9e \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Stahl.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 20px;\"><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">Le LUO c&#039;est aussi trois jours de formation et <\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">s\u00e9minaires destin\u00e9s \u00e0 renforcer les connaissances des collectivit\u00e9s locales&nbsp; <\/span><span style=\"color: #231f20;\">Officiers syndicaux.
