Elevate Your Training Program: A Self-Evaluation Tool for JATCs

As part of its ongoing effort to help our Local JATCs successfully raise their training standards, the Insulation Industry International Apprentice and Training Fund created this Standardization Survey.

Ensure Benchmarks and Standards are current

This survey was built to assist JATCs within the Heat and Frost Insulators and Allied Workers Union in conducting a thorough self-evaluation of their training programs. By completing the survey, Training Coordinators can identify areas where they excel as areas that need improving. In addition, any new apprentice coordinator could use this tool to educate themselves on the workings of the training program. The goal is to ensure that all necessary benchmarks and standards are up-to-date.

Complete This Standards Overview

This survey covers 10 key standards essential for a robust training program:
  • Standard 1: Training Center’s Mission
