Students will learn Canvas LMS
Overview
The Trustees of the Insulation Industry International Apprentice and Training Fund (IIIATF) are pleased to announce an Introductory Canvas LMS Course. The Canvas Course was developed to familiarize coordinators and trainers with the Canvas LMS and how to use it effectively. Along with learning how to administer a course from Canvas. Attending this Course will give all access to Canvas LMS to your Local training facility along with our new Canvas Course. It will allow you’re local to start administering training via Canvas. You will also be shown how to customize this Course to suit your local needs better.
Travel and Accommodation
- Tuition, room, all meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner, and travel to the Maritime Institute will be paid by the IIIATF.
- Cab or shuttles from the local airport will not be paid for as the Maritime Institute has a free shuttle service from BWI to their facility.
- No wages will be reimbursed for anyone participating.
Room and tax charges will be directly billed to the IIIATF. Participants are responsible for all other room charges. After attending the training, a travel voucher will be emailed to each student using the email used for registration. Under the IIIATF Travel Policy, travel reimbursement will be paid to either the Local or the JATC.

Due to limited availability, early registration is encouraged.
