Tradeswomen Build Nations (TWBN) is a national conference dedicated to supporting and advancing women in the trades. It is the largest gathering of tradeswomen in the world.

The IIIATF is a strong advocate of TWBN, committed to providing opportunities, resources and support to female members of the HFIAW and women pursuing careers in mechanical insulation and related fields.
