- LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION: The letter must be from one of the following; a contractor, an elected or governmental official, an employer or former employer, Union member, a community group, teacher, principal, counselor or military personal. Certificates of Completion of a Pre-Apprenticeship Program or other trade related program will be accepted in place of a letter.
